In this role you will provide regulatory and procedural guidance to the boards on company related matters, review changes in legislation and Corporate Governance, disseminate implications to the team and assist with procedural changes where necessary, prepare and circulate material for Board Meetings and draft written minutes of each meeting and circulate as appropriate for approval. Candidates should ideally hold or be working towards an industry relevant professional qualification such as ICSA and have at least 2 years’ relevant industry experience.

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager within their Fund Administration, Private Client's team on a permanent full-time basis, to work as part of the Fund Administration team providing Private Capital fund administration, corporate services and investor services to private equity funds and underlying private equity fund vehicles ensuring that they are fully compliant with fund documentation, legal and regulatory requirements to which they are subject. Candidates must have an interest to study towards ICSA/ACCA/ACA or a similar qualification and preferably prior experience of Private Capital and fund administration.
