Payroll Officer - Guernsey

Our client is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team, on a temporary full-time basis, for a period of 2 months, commencing as soon as possible. You will be required to process the payment of salaries, petty cash and travel claims in a timely and accurate manner as well as process deductions and submissions to relevant tax and insurance authorities in multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will have Payroll experience, be an intermediate standard of Excel with the ability to work unsupervised / meet tight deadlines.  Although not essential, candidates with experience of Profile Enterprise are desirable.

Operations Administrator - Guernsey

Within this role you will be joining a highly experienced operations team, reporting to the Operations Manager, as an Operations Administrator, for a period of 9-12 months. The role involves supporting the London based portfolio managers, helping out with the day-to-day administration of cash control, subscriptions and redemptions into the relevant funds, processing equity trades and hedge fund subscriptions / redemptions, reconciliations, client valuations and pricing. This role would suit an individual with at least 3-5 years’ experience in fund administration with good understanding of hedge funds.
